yolk.so
Under developmentSoftware and consulting being built to help teams get more value from AI. yolk.so brings usage, spend and business outcomes together to guide better tools, habits and workflows.
What we’re building
yolk.so is a software and consulting company being built by Valentis for founders and teams that already use AI. Its focus is the gap between adopting the tools and getting useful, repeatable value from them.
The product is under development. We are bringing together AI usage, expenditure and business outcomes to help companies understand what is working, where effort is wasted and what to improve next.
Product direction
Understand value and waste
Connect patterns in AI usage with spend and company KPIs, giving leaders a view of where AI helps and where tools or workflows need attention.
Help people improve
Provide guidance, training and regular assessments shaped around each person’s role and experience, helping them build better habits and repeat useful approaches.
Turn findings into action
Recommend practical changes to tools, workflows and recurring tasks. The aim is to make the next improvement clear and help the team put it into practice.
Learn from delivery
Feed lessons from hands-on consulting into the software’s guidance. As the service develops, proven approaches can inform recommendations for teams facing similar problems.
The improvement loop we’re designing
The intended journey starts with understanding how a team uses AI today: which tasks it helps with, what people spend time on and where attempts repeatedly stall. Guidance would then help people turn useful one-off experiments into repeatable methods, shared workflows and, where appropriate, automation.
Individual guidance and company reporting have different jobs. A team member needs advice relevant to their role and experience. A founder needs to see patterns across the business and decide where training, better tooling or a redesigned process would be worth the effort. yolk.so is being designed around both views, supported by regular assessments and lessons from consulting work.
Cost is part of that picture, but it cannot explain value on its own. The product direction includes tracking relevant business measures alongside changes in usage, then reviewing whether an improvement is working. A change in a KPI would be evidence to investigate, rather than automatic proof that AI caused it.
